Joe has more than 30 years of experience in the retail real estate industry.  Joe spent more than 10 years procuring sites for OfficeMax, opening approximately 250 OfficeMax locations, granting him unprecedented access to the top corporate executives.  In addition to OfficeMax, Mr. Mannino also represented InkStop nationally opening more than 150 locations.  Additionally, he has a strong concentration in Surplus Disposition, servicing clients such as TJ Maxx, Circuit City, and Office Depot.

In addition to the above, Mr. Mannino has represented landlords/developers in leasing high profile projects such as The Flats East Bank Development in Cleveland, Ohio.  Mr. Mannino also represents several restaurant chains in procuring real estate locations, such as Bar 145, Aladdin’s Eatery, and Condado Tacqueria.

Mr. Mannino began his career at Doppelt & Company, and later formed Creative Realty Group, and joined the Terra National team in 2014.

Mr. Mannino is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Communication.  He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, and holds a real estate brokerage license in the states of Ohio, and Florida.
